6YL-100 combination oil press is a new product developed on the basis of single machine in order to meet the market demand. It has the function of automatic temperature control, which replaces the traditional heating method of squeezing the dead cake, which can shorten the preparation time before squeezing, reduce energy consumption and machine wear. The system can also keep the temperature of the press chamber constant when the oil is interrupted. Also, the machine comes with filtering function. After the crude oil flows out of the press chamber, it is directly filtered by the vacuum filter. Compared with the traditional plate and frame filter, the vacuum filter is lighter, the operation is simpler, and the cleaning residue is more convenient (convenient for the residue to be pressed again in time). This model has a compact structure, a small footprint, and saves manpower. It is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized refineries and edible oil production enterprises.
