working principle

Process Flow

1. Pretreatment: oil cleaning, crushing, rolling, puffing and other treatments to improve the efficiency of oil leaching.

2. Leaching: The pretreated oil is sent to the leacher and fully contacted with the solvent to dissolve the grease in the solvent to form a mixed oil.

3. separation and recovery: the leached mixed oil is subjected to evaporation, stripping, condensation and other processes, the solvent is separated and recycled, and the leached crude oil is obtained at the same time.

4. Refining: refining the leached crude oil to remove impurities and harmful substances in the oil through degumming, deacidification, dehydration, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing and other processes to improve the quality and safety of the oil.
