- Purpose and Scope of Use
YZCLseries vertical frying pan is one of the main supporting equipment of oil making equipment, which is mainly used to wet, steam and fry the raw material embryo after embryo rolling to become mature embryo, so that the material embryo can adapt to the technological requirements of pressing or leaching. This has a positive effect on improving the oil yield, improving the quality of crude oil, and reducing the power consumption and loss during pressing.
This series of steamer can also be used for oil softening, drying and detoxification of rapeseed cake, etc. It is an ideal equipment for oil pretreatment in oil plants.
- working principle
material from the top of the saucepan into the pot, in constant stirring, with the help of a heat source---saturated steam to add water and steam to oil(wet), heating(steamed billet), dry(fried billet)and other processes, so that due to the role of moisture and temperature, the internal state of the oil changes, so that the oil can be easily extracted from the oil, so that the blank can meet the technological requirements of steaming and frying to adapt to pressing or leaching.
- main structure
This series of steamer is a flat-bottomed cylindrical multi-layer vertical steamer, which is mainly composed of steamer, stirring device, automatic feeding door, inspection door, steam inlet pipe, return pipe, exhaust pipe and transmission device.
1.steamer:steamer is divided into the bottom layer, the 2. 3. 4. 5. the top layer; the inner diameter of each series of steamer is & phi;1200, & phi;1500, & phi;1800, & phi;2100, & phi;2500, & phi;3000,
users can order as needed. The bottom and side of each layer of steamer have a steam interlayer. By adjusting the steam inlet valve, each layer of steamer can be controlled to reach the required temperature of the fried material.
2.mixing device:
, in order to make the material blank evenly steamed and fried, each layer of steaming and frying pan is equipped with a stirring scraper, which is driven by the main shaft passing through each layer of steaming and frying pan, and the stirring scrapers in each layer of steaming and frying pan are separated in sequence on the horizontal projection.90°.
3.Automatic blanking door:
is bottom blanking. The automatic blanking door is upside down on the bottom of the pot and consists of a door pendulum, a blanking door and a material layer pointer. The opening size of the blanking door is automatically controlled with the height of the material in the lower steamer. When the material in the lower steamer is high, the blanking door is automatically closed small. Otherwise, the material layer pointer installed outside the steamer indicates the height of the material layer.
4.discharge door:The discharge door is under the wall of the bottom steamer, and the size of the discharge port can be adjusted manually as needed.
5.access door:In order to facilitate maintenance, each layer of steamer is equipped with access doors.
6.Steam inlet line:
A main pipe equipped with a pressure reducing valve is used to connect the outer steam interlayer of each layer of the pot with the bottom interlayer, and a thermometer is installed on the bottom access door to control the temperature. The top steamer is equipped with a water supplement spray pipe. With the rotation of the material blank, water vapor is evenly injected into the material blank, and the material moisture required by the oil press is achieved through the wetting of water vapor and the adjustment of heating temperature.
7.Steam return line:
uses the main return pipe to connect the bottom layer of each pot in series and install a check valve to drain the water in the pipe.
8.Exhaust pipe:
In order to discharge the water evaporated from the blank during the steaming and frying process, each layer of the steamer is equipped with an exhaust pipe.
9.transmission device:
has two forms: lower drive and upper drive(users can choose according to need)

The stirring spindle is obtained by a two-stage reducer or a three-stage reducer to obtain the required speed; this kind of reducer has reasonable structure, high transmission efficiency, stable operation, strong carrying capacity, long life, low noise, motor shaft and reducer The connection between the input shaft uses an elastic coupling; a rigid coupling is used between the output shaft of the reducer and the stirring spindle.

stirring spindle is installed on the top of the steamer vertical planetary cycloidal reducer or hard gear reducer to get the required speed, these two kinds of reducer has the advantages of compact structure, high transmission efficiency, stable operation, low noise and so on.
adopts upper drive type(hard tooth surface motor reducer)
