1.Small Scale Skid Mounted Olive Oil Extraction Production Line

The small scale olive oil extraction production line is a compact and integrated solution designed for olive fruit processing. The complete system adopts a skid-mounted structure, integrating crushing, malaxing, separation and oil collection units into one platform.

With a compact design and modular structure, the equipment can be easily transported, installed and operated, making it especially suitable for small olive farms, pilot production, boutique olive oil factories and areas with limited processing space.

The production line uses advanced mechanical extraction technology to efficiently separate olive oil while maintaining the natural flavor and nutritional characteristics of olive fruit.

Processing Flow

1. Olive Fruit Cleaning

Fresh olive fruits are cleaned to remove leaves, dust and other impurities before processing.

2. Crushing

The cleaned olives are crushed into olive paste to release oil from the cells.

3. Malaxation

The olive paste is slowly mixed under controlled conditions to improve oil separation efficiency.

4. Oil Separation

The olive paste enters the separation system to separate olive oil, water and solid residues.

5. Oil Collection

The extracted olive oil is collected, filtered and stored for further use.
