The full continuous oil refining production line is designed for refining crude vegetable oils into high-quality edible oils.

二,Process Flow

1. degumming: add hot water or phosphoric acid to crude oil to remove peptic impurities.

2. deacidification: add lye and free fatty acid neutralization reaction to remove free fatty acid.

3. Decolorization: Add clay to absorb the pigment in the oil, and then filter through the leaf filter to remove the waste clay.

4. Deodorization: In a vacuum environment, high temperature water vapor is introduced into rapeseed oil to remove peculiar smell substances.
