Usage Introduction

PBHGJseries flat dryer is used for heating and drying materials in the cleaning process of large and medium-sized oil plants to achieve the purpose of regulating the moisture of materials. Suitable for rapeseed, soybean, corn germ, tea seed and other oil and meal drying processing. Can also be used to soften materials.

Main Structure

As shown in the attached drawing, this equipment consists of the following parts:1.Rack mounted,2.heating layer part,3.Feeding Department,4.transmission unit,5.Steam inlet pipe installation,6.Back to the air pipe,7.wet-out fitting.

working principle

material enters the first layer of heating plate of the dryer from the feed hopper, moves forward with the scraper, and then falls into the next layer of heating plate, so that the dried material finally falls into the last layer and is sent to the next process through the discharge port.

6. installation and operation procedures

1.dryer can be placed directly on the flat concrete plane and can be reinforced with anchor bolts.

2.Before the first operation after installation, the following inspections should be carried out before starting the operation: cleaning up the sundries in the machine, checking the pipeline valves, checking the tension of the transmission chain and conveyor chain, checking the lubrication of each bearing, checking the fastening of each bearing seat, checking the oil level of the reducer, checking whether there is water in the heating layer and draining all the water. After checking and confirming that everything is normal, you can start the machine.

3.is turned on for the first time, observe the operation and current of each transmission part, check whether the rotation direction of the reducer is correct, and run30minutes.

4.After the electrical part is running normally, pass in the heating steam, check the steam pipe for air leakage, and check the blockage by touch. The heating layer temperature increases60-70degrees, open the feed, and slowly increase the feeding amount to normal load.

7. use precautions

1.Inspect frequently to prevent foreign matter from damaging the scraper chain.

2.should always check the tension of the chain.

3.is parked for a long time, drain the water in the heating layer.

4.attention to steam pressure gauge and safety valve sensitivity.

5.Each bearing lubrication point shall be refueled frequently.

6.is shut down for a long time, it should be checked like the first time it is turned on before it can be used.

7.Long-term shutdown should do maintenance and rust prevention work.

8.Regularly replace the reducer and each bearing grease.
